Large and very affordable rooms with a balcony, felt like home. A safe, multi-channel television, and a small fridge were there too. The venue was set in the secluded position not far from the Parkway and the center.

We were given a large and very affordable room with a safe, multi-channel television, and a small fridge. The hotel had marvellous and comfortable location near to Parkway, hiking trails and wildlife, and many shops. Spent our evenings in nearby Salty Bear Raw Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Appreciated the stay, it was very enjoyable on vacation.

Stayed 4 nights, paid $293. Good value for location. Staff pleasant. Saw neighborhood bear. Room spacious with large patio. Upgrades in progress. Pool closed but alternative nearby. Decent place, will return.

The room was remodeled with a really good view, a balcony overlooking Gatlinburg, fireplace. Coffee, toast, cereals, and hot waffles were a nice touch. The location was great there, close to everything with a far away feeling. The staff were exceptional and consistently courteous.

The hotel with large and updated rooms, in a shopping area, by beautiful mountains. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Plenty of coffee, toast, cereals and hot waffles at breakfast. Excellent location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mountain Mall.

Got brand-new room with a balcony. I greatly enjoyed that there were a wide range of facilities in the room such as: cable channels, a microwave and a fridge. Also, location was particularly good and incredible, at a moderate distance from Circus Golf.
Tbh, rooms were not very clean.

loved our stay at chalet inn in gatlinburg! the view from the parking lot was amazing and the ground level room provided amazing privacy. the staff at the desk were great and the room was spacious with a hot tub by the window. washer and dryer access was a big plus.
Bathroom had no heat.
